In the back end the number of attendees registered is not dispayed correctly after the latest update to 3.1.30.7.P. You only see the number of attendees for an event if you make an export to excell. Also, the legend does not display correctly. Pending is incomplete. Incomplete is pending. Thanks in advance, Sya (www.congressenmetzorg.nl)

Hello,

How many attendees do you have in the system? If it is over 50 there is a new system to help reduce lag/slow performance in the dashboard.

Above both the event and attendee overviews is a retrieve button and drop down box. If you select all from the drop down and click the button all attendees/events will be loaded from the database.

Legend wise, is it just the images? Or is it in the attendee list itself? It should look like this http://d.pr/i/toT1

Maybe I wasn’t clear enough. It’s the 7th row in the list of events were the amount of attendees registered 2/230 for example means 2 attendees registered of 250. The number of registered attendees is not correct. This happens with all events. The site works with invoices but not the one you can use on the site. Because the template of the invoice does not what we need it to do. We need an address on it you can choose to whom it is billed. Because sometimes the atttendee pays for the event, and sometimes the company does. the defaut payment status should be ‘pending’. And payments are put it the system manually. Another problem starts: pending is not always pending. It says for a lot of attendees the status is incomplete.
Another problem is that afster upgrading the default status was no change. In the system settings it was pending but all the events were suddely no change.

The number in the event list table is the number of Completed attendees + the number of Pending attendees. It does not count the number of Incomplete attendees.

The default status setting for the event will override the system setting. If it is set for “No Change”, then the setting will be taken from the system setting.

The default status is pending. Still it makes most of the attendees set to incomplete. The ‘no change’ status only occurred after upgrading. The inclomplete status was always a bit strange and still is. Because nowhere it’s set that way.
