Hi guys,

is there anything i can do to automatically send the payment reminder email? let’s say 30 mins after data entered but not checked out?

Hi there,

I’m sorry for the delay getting back to you.

Currently, we don’t have an option to automatically send payment reminders within Event Espresso so you would need something custom for this.

You would need the help of a developer to build out this functionality, if you are not currently working with a developer we recommend the folks at Codeable.
