We set the sale of tickets to end at 6pm the day before our events, typically, and recently the page that lists our upcoming events is showing the following message after the 6pm Sell Until time is past, prior to the event starting.
We’re sorry, but all ticket sales have ended. (NOTE: This message is expected)
(NOTE: not sure why we get the following message, and would like to disable it from displaying. Did something change in a recent update because I don’t remember getting this note to admin message in the past)
Note to Event Admin:
No tickets were found for this event. This effectively turns off ticket sales. Please ensure that at least one ticket is available for if you want people to be able to register.(click to edit this event)
That message has been included within Event Espresso for a long time (I checked back into 2016 on the codebase and it was set then).
Note it is only shown to logged in users that can edit the current event the ticket selector is related to, ‘regular’ users will only see “We’re sorry, but all ticket sales have ended.” that page.
If regular users can see that message can you link me to a page with it on so I can check into it, please?
