I have an event set up on my website, and the coordinator of the event is receiving emails when someone registers. However, it only shows the name of the registrant and what ticket they purchased.
We also need their personal information they enter at the time of registration. When you go to registrations on the backend of the site, it only shows their address.
Where do I go to find all the information they entered as well as getting that emailed to the event coordinator?
Can you link me to the event in question so I can view how the reg form is set up please?
The admin only showing address questions generally means your registration questions aren’t set up correctly for collecting details which you want to be included in the emails.
For the email, those should already be included by default, can you add a screenshot fo the email you are receiving so I can check which email it is, or forward it on to support[at]eventspresso.com so I can see there.
