Hi Paul,

It sounds like the script timed out before it could set up the capabilities. What you can do is go to your WordPress dashboard, which will have the URL of:
yoursite.domain/wp-admin/

then you copy this to add on to the URL:

admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings&action=data_reset

so the URL will be:

yoursite.domain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings&action=data_reset

Then you hit return, then you’ll click on the “Reset Event Espresso Capabilities” button.

After that, you’ll have access to the Event Espresso menus in the left panel.
