Not Getting all the fields in the admin confirmation email

Hi,

I have recently created event in event espresso and for some reason I am not getting all the fields that the person fills in through the confirmation email for the administrator. Is it possible to get all fields showing??

Hi Imran,

Is it some of your custom questions that are not being shown or system questions?

Both system questions and custom questions. It only shows me name and email address

What version of Event Espresso are you currently using and are any custom email templates in use?

Hi,

The premium version of Event Espresso 3 will allow you add additional fields including custom questions and answers to the email that is sent out:

Try the steps below:

Deactivate Event Espresso 3 Lite through your WordPress dashboard

Then download Event Espresso 3 premium from your Event Espresso account:

https://eventespresso.com/users/mediasu/#ee3-downloads

Upload and activate through WordPress Plugins.

The [custom_questions] can be used in the email notification template in WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings. Be sure to save changes after editing.
