Hi, I am working with a non-profit client that needs to setup a team registration page that will allow users to register for multiple events at once and process payment through First Data’s newest Global Gateway E4. We have tried, quite unsuccessfully, to get this working on other systems for various reasons. One of the main reasons was problems connecting with the new E4. In reading through your support posts, it appears the plug-in has been updated to work with this.
Additionally, we have a member and non-member fee associated with each event. This has also proved to be problematic on other systems.
Can you confirm that we shouldn’t have any issues with First Data as well as our ability to handle the payment structure for the event registrations? Also, could you email me the non-profit pricing structure?

Hello Jessica,
We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso.
Yes. Event Espresso does have the First Data E4 gateway built in. With our WP User Integration add-on that is included in the Business License (but can be purchased separately), you can set up Member Pricing. Logged in users will be granted the Member Price that you have set up for the event.
