Email attendees functionality not working. Emails are sent upon registering, however, I am unable to email attendees withing EE once they have registered…HELP!

Hi Dawn,

What happens when you try to to email the attendees? Are you getting an error message? If so, what is the error message?

No error message – it says mail sent successfully, however, nothing appears in my Inbox.

Hi,

Is this a test email being sent to yourself? Have you double checked the spam folder?

If it is not a test email, then the admin does not receive an email when the registration details are sent from within EE.
