No Primary Error Message

Hey Guys!
My customers are receving the following message when trying to checkout. Any ideas?
No Valid Primary Registration Could be Found
Event not accepting payment at this time
Thank you!

Hi there,

We often see those error when caching is enabled on the site/server.

Make sure any caching plugins you have enabled has the EE critical pages excluded, see here:

Does your host run any server-side caching or load balancing across multiple servers?
