AS of recently our Espresso plugin hasn’t been redirecting to the payment page. After customers select “Confirm Registration” it goes to a page that only says “Class List”. It does not allow for input, and doesn’t redirect to our “Thank You” (post payment) page either.

EE was recently updated to current version (3.1.36.5.P)

Hi Daniel,

I ran a quick test registration and this looks like there’s a few things out of order. Can you try setting the “Bypass payment page” option to No in Event Espresso > Payment Settings > Authorize.net SIM settings?

The other part of this may be the mailchimp signup form that’s embedded on this page. Can you try removing he mailchimp signup form from the “Class List” Page? The Class List page is the page that is set to handle the registrations/payments for events on your site right now.

The one other thing that should be addressed is the version of the jQuery library on your site is out of date. Can you check with the theme author to see if there’s an update for this WordPress theme? Maybe they’ve updated it to include the newer version.

Hello, so after selecting “No” in bypass payment page. It gives the option to pay with invoice (which is not ideal) and to pay though Authorize.net which is what we use but it loads an external page from Authorize.net that says

The following errors have occurred. (14) The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.

Also, we do not have any Mailchimp plugins at all. The only code on the “Class List” page is the short code [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]

There doesn’t seem to be an updated version of our current theme, but our payment page was working fine with this theme before.

You can set the invoice option to not appear on the payment page in the Invoice Payments settings section of the Event Espresso > Payments settings page.

The (14) invalid URL error can be fixed by logging into your Authorize.net account and adding this URL to the response URL settings:

http://scissorscutpaper.net/thank-you/

The mailchimp signup form on the lower right corner of the registration page (under “Wanna get our emails?”) is what I mean by the mailchimp plugin. It may be something that’s included in the theme, and it may be causing the issue with the payment form not auto-directing to Authorize.net. The mailchimp signup form could likely be removed from the event page by using a plugin like Widget Logic.

It may also help to use the restore jQuery plugin so that your site has an up to date copy of the jQuery library.

Hope that helps!
