Hi, we do not limit people on the number of tickets per order. What should I enter in that field when setting up the event? Please advise.

Thanks,
Karen

Hi,

The way the system is set up, there needs to be a set maximum. You can add any value here, but remember that if you have set a ticket limit, it will overrule the quantity: e.g. if you set the “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event:” to 250, but the ticket has a limit of 100, only 100 will show.

Thanks, Dean. I’ll just set it to a big number and it should be alright. Is there a way I can hide that from the event display?

Hey there Karen,

You can inspect any element on a page using a free tool like Chrome Developer Tools (available with Google Chrome) or Firebug (available as a web browser extension).

This will show you the CSS that is handling the styling including the file and line number. Then you can add new styling to your child theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin like Reaktiv CSS builder or My Custom CSS.

Try this CSS:

.espresso_events .event-tickets .smaller-text.lt-grey-text {display:none;}

Thanks, Lorenzo. The CSS works well.
