"No Events – 500-internal service error" on iPad and iPhone

I’ve been trying to resolve this for hours via forum topics and can’t get it figured out.

I have an event with 200+ tickets ready to be scanned in and keep getting “No Events – 500-internal service error” once logging into the Event Espresso HD app.

I’ve increased the memory allocated to 64m and increased the settings in my JSON API, iPad, and iPhone.

I’ve had this working in the past, I just hadn’t checked it in a while.

I’m still getting the same error. Any help?

Hi, thanks for creating your own support thread. It helps prevent confusion.

Can you recall any changes to the site since it last worked?

Any recent plugin installs — perhaps a firewall or security plugin?

I honestly haven’t changed a thing in quite some time. I set this site up specifically for these two events, and the second is going on today. We didn’t end up scanning tickets for the first event, so I never even bothered checking.

But the site is essentially untouched since I first set it up.

Thanks for your prompt response!

Thanks. Could you raise it to a higher memory limit in your WordPress wp-config.php file?

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M' );
