Our (live!) installation of EE has developed a nasty bug. I tried to add a number of new ticket types today… each time I hit save the new ticket was not saved and multiple duplicates of old ticket types were created. The only way I could get rid of the duplicate ticket types was removing them in the database via PHP myAdmin. Install is at http://events.politik.io/interzone/

Hi Richard,

The cause of the bug you’re seeing is from a JavaScript conflict. Here’s the error that’s in the console on your site:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'connectNow' of undefined

We can fix this by removing the script from the event editor, that’s possibly from the WP theme, that may be causing the error. Along with that, the HeartBeat API that’s built into WordPress is missing. We’ll need FTP access to your site to apply the fixes. Can you resend the redeem a support token form and include FTP credentials? If not, can you send us a copy of the WordPress theme?
