We have entered about 250 participants in our upcoming event. I have had to change one of the questions from 3 multiple choice questions to one question with 4 options (if that makes sense). When I go in to edit the attendee this new question isn’t showing? Is there a way I can use this new question with the attendees previously entered?
ie. Original Questions:
(Yes/No radio button) Weekend Pass
(Yes/No radio button) Balcony Pass
(Yes/No radio button) Day Pass
Has been changed to:
Pass: (radio button) day pass (radio button) weekend pass etc.
I hope this makes sense! I don’t really want to have to go back in and reenter all the attendees!

Hi Tania,
How are you today?
I want to confirm that you didn’t add a new question, rather you modified an existing question, is that right?
Can you confirm that the modified questions (regardless if it’s a new question or an existing question that you modified) is still in the same question group that is assigned to that event?

Hi Tania,
Yes as Garth suggested, adding a question to the group will make it show on the attendee edit screen.
What do you mean by it has disappeared?
