New Category Cannot Be Created

My version of EE is Version 3.1.37.5.P (current). I have been trying to rename an existing category and create a new category but each time nothing happens. Never had this issue before either.

Any thoughts on what is happening here?

Hi there,

Are you using the latest version of WordPress?

What is the full category name you are using?

If you enable WP_DEBUG and retest the above do you see any error messages?
