Nesting Users for family and children user

I use EE3 for a my school registration, and I am asking for both the family and child names while registering. I know of the WP-User Add on for the family, but I am wondering if there is a way to register a family, and have the children be registered underneath the same user. So in the end, have the registration process be no typing, but just selecting which child to register and where to register them.

Hi, the WP User Integration can pull in the information for the primary registrant:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/wp-user-integration/#member_profiles

However, it will not be able to do so for other registrants at the same time.
