Yesterday 06/08/2023 when customer went to pay after they completed their registration they kept receiving a credit card error message and customer kept trying over and over again. They paid several time thinking is was their credit card but the payment was submitted for each try and the payment did not register as completed with the registration of the customer on eventespresso.
Can you clarify this statement, because usually people are required to pay before confirming their registration. What is your process for registration if people are not required to pay at the time they register?

What version of Event Espresso are you using? What version of the Stripe add-on do you have installed?
