Is my license key now invalid because the key next to the Support License Key is now red? I deactivated and reactivated my plugin and it’s red since this manipulation.

Hi Hebdos, your support license key was recently reset.

Please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your support license key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.

Hi,

Your license key has been reset.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more.

Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting.

That should then re-link your site to your license key.
