I have the latest version of Word Press and Event Espresso installed. I set up an event to get tickets for our musical, but one of my patrons said she tried to order 3 tickets, but was only billed for one. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

It looks like you are trying to resolve ticket numbers via questions, whilst the event is set up for a single registration (1 ticket purchase).

To enable more than one ticket to be purchased at a time, edit the event on on the right hand side, select Allow group bookings. Below that is an option to obtain information about the additional attendees, you can change this to obtain more information if you wish.

You can also use the pricing options to create various ticket types (Adult, child, etc).

The allow group bookings will allow the user to purchase multiple numbers of the same ticket type.

However, if you want the visitor to be able to select multiple different ticket types (eg 2 adult, 4 children) then you will need to use Multiple Event Registration add on (the cart functionality)

Here is a basic guide – https://eventespresso.com/support/documentation/#getting-started

Multiple Event Registration – https://eventespresso.com/wiki/multiple-event-registration-add-on/
