Mutiple ticket prices and discount codes

We are looking to purchase an events management system. Some of our requirements are multi tier pricing and early bird discounting and different terms and conditions for different bookings.

 

Would it be possible to get access to a demo or see screenshots of an installation (whether sample or real) that has different pricing structures.
