Multiple Ticket Prices Not Showing (Including Member Prices)

When I create an event with two prices (one for members and one for non-members) it only displays the non-member price, even when the member is logged in. This carries through to the registration page. When a member is logged in, it wants to charge them the non member price.

The link to the event is:
http://www.sandiegoparent.com/calendar/parent-connection-events/

The link for the screen shot from the event creation page here:
http://www.sandiegoparent.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Screen-Shot-2015-10-19-at-4.28.06-PM.png

It currently shows the non-member price for that event but not the member price (even when logged in). When I add an extra non-member price it still only shows one price.

I recently upgraded to the new EE3 and the pricing seems weird. You can look back and see I had issues with all the events having 100+ prices and times and I worked with you to resolve that issue by deleting erroneous rows in their respective tables. Would this have anything to do with removing those rows or extra prices and times?

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

When you updated to the latest version of Event Espresso 3 did you also update to the latest version of the EE3 Members/WP User Integration add-on? The current version is 1.9.8 and it includes some updates to the pricing functions for compatibility with the later versions of EE3.

Thank you for the prompt response, I truly appreciate it.

I am looking in my account and don’t see that software available for download. is this a paid add on I need to purchase?

thanks!

Hello,

Your original support license was for a business support license which included various add-ons like the WP user integration, MailChimp, and others.

When you renewed you went with the personal support license which does not include those add-ons. You can purchase support for the add-on here and it will be added to your account:

https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-members/

Then please go ahead and install and activate the add-on.

If you are using an older version, then you can remove it and upload and activate the new version.

It did work, thanks!

Is there a way to upgrade to the other license at a discount to get the other features you mentioned?
