One new attendees triggers multiple notifications to admin about the registration. The time stamp is the same as is the registration number. Any suggestions?

I am using WP super cache and set it to not cache pages with the following strings:

/event-registration/
/register/

/registration-checkout/
/transactions/
/thank-you/
/registration-cancelled/
