Multiple Registrant Names In Decaf?

Just wondering if (and how) this can be done in the Decaf version:

Al is registering for the event on behalf of his three-person team. Each will have a different lunch choice for the event. We’ve got three lunch choices set up, but how do we get the names for Al’s two other teammates?

Scenario:

AL (Prime Rib) is making the registration on behalf of BOB (Salmon) and CHARLIE (Pasta).

Decaf is giving us AL with three different lunch choices, but we can’t figure out how to get BOB and CHARLIE’s names on the reservation.

How is this done?
