Multiple notify_url. One Paypal account.

One paypal account
Events on multiple sites.

How do I pass on different multisite URLs to the notify_url, return_url found on EEG_Paypal_Standard.gateway.php to facilitate IPN from Paypal.

You don’t need to. This is because Event Espresso dynamically takes care of sending the site-appropriate Notify URL to PayPal for each site.
