Hi,
I have to create 3 different ways to register to one event, because my client needs 3 different registration pages (3 kinds of attendees) with each time a different available spaces number. No problem until there, but when we have scanned a previous ticket which comes from the sub-event1 and we try to scan a ticket which comes from another (sub-event2), it rejects the attendee as it is not assigned to the current selected event. So in this case the scan process is not easy to use. Is there another way to do it simpler and more usable ? Thanks.

Hi Pierre,

There is if you use the iOS HD app. You tap Menu > Scan All Tickets and it will let you scan tickets from all events.

Ok, I m using the android app and didn’t see the scan all option.
I hope my clients will use the ios one.
Otherwise another tricky way is to change all the event id of attendees with the id of only one event closely to the event date.
Thanks!

You’re welcome. It turns out that the Android app does not have the scan all events feature like the iOS version does.

I tested today the ios app on one iPhone and one iPad.
For the iPhone, the login part is ok, but there’s no event in the events list. It’s totally empty. The iPhone ios version is the last one (8.1). For the iPad (7.0.3), the events list is there, but I can’t find the scan all option. Any idea ?
Thanks !

Thanks Lorenzo,
I ‘ve checked your last screen shots and it works now. Last thing, could you give me a hint about this scan all option which should be found in the ios scan app ?
Thanks.

Hi Pierre,

If you log into the iOS app, on the event list at the top of the screen you should see ‘Scan’ on the right.

That will scan attendees without the need to select an event first.
