We have created two events, one that requires approval before tickets are sent. The other automatically approves them.
The issue is it’s technically for one event, and when they are scanning people at the door, they would like to be able to select from two events.
Issue is, the barcode scanner only allows you to select one event.
The only possible solution I can see is to combine the two registration lists. Is this at all possible?

Hi there,
Are you referring to the hand-held barcode scanner or the mobile app scanner? For now, I will assume you are using the hand-held scanner. My recommendation would be to open a browser tab or window for each each of the event scanner pages. That way you can just click into the tab for the correct event. Here’s a screenshot of my setup:

However, if you are inquiring about the mobile app, then you can use the little QR code icon in the top right of the mobile app screen. Here’s a screenshot:
