Multiple Event Registration Not Working

I found a post the other day where an individual was having trouble with the multiple event registration going to an error page. I disabled all plugins and re-enabled them and tried to add multiple registrations on the form and it worked perfectly. Today I added another form and cannot get the multiple registration to work it just goes to the error page. I disabled all plugins and re-enabled them all and it doesnt work. So I tried disabling them all and re-enabling all plugins one-by-one to see which one might be a problem and it still does not work no matter what. I just purchased and installed Event Espresso along with the applicable plugins yesterday.

I have to admit this is a little frustrating because I am in the middle of two events and people cant register their groups. Right now I have the multiple registration feature turned off so they can only register one by one which is not making people happy especially those with 10 or more in a group.

One of my events can be found at http://relevantfl.org/events/forge-the-sword/ (I disabled the multiple registration on this one)

The other event in which I left the multiple event registration active is http://relevantfl.org/events/onesound-2013/

Hello Elizabeth,

The Multiple Event Registration requires javascript to function, and you have two javascript errors on your site (at least the page I went to) which is stopping other javascript from working. As such you will probably encounter other errors with Event espresso and other plugins.

One error is in the avia.js file which is part of the Theme. The other is in a file called barclet.js, but I have no idea currently what is calling that file as it is not hosted on your computer but over at barc.com (discussion plugin maybe?).

Either way until these javascript errors are resolved the MER plugin wont function and as mentioned you may encounter other errors across various plugins as well.

I would perhaps refer to the theme developer over the avia.js error and maybe disable the discussion plugin regarding the other (im guessing on this as I cannot determine what is requesting this file, it could be the theme as well).

Thank you, I have a request into the Theme Developer Kriesi.at in hopes that they have a fix so that I can get the plugin functioning as it should.

I’m not seeing any JS errors on the page now. It might have been the Google Analytics plugin that had the outbound link to events setting and the other GA plugin conflicting. If you go here:

Multi Event Registration seems to work fine.
