I have an EE4 Everything Licence. Since I purchased this in May, the Multiple Event Registration Add-on was released and appeared in my download list. I downloaded and installed the Add-on, but now I get the message that plugin updates are not available for my licence (see below), even though it is a valid Everything licence
“A new version of Event Espresso – MER – Multi Event Registration (EE 4.7.0+) available. View What’s New with version 2.0.1.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

Hi Alan, I’ve reset your support license key. Could you try re-saving it again through the General Settings page for Event Espresso in your WP dashboard?

Hi Lorenzo – thanks – I have followed the procedures but the Multiple Event Registration add-on is still giving me the same message, that I can’t update. The key you sent me in the email is the same as the original key I already had registered in General Settings

Hi Alan, try your new support license key:
https://eventespresso.com/users/centicon/#account-settings
If that does not work, then try manually updating by deactivating and removing the current version of the Multiple Events Registration add-on. Then download the newest version from your account page and upload and install in your WP dashboard through the plugins screen.
