Multiple Email Recipients for Registrations

Hello,
We would like to send notification emails to people in our accounting/registrations department when people sign up for an event. I understood the steps outlined in support forum: https://eventespresso.com/topic/ee4-notification-emails/

This forum is great for getting the primary contact email address changed and sending along the registration details to that address, however how can we add several other email addresses to the “Registration Approved Template Email” under the Event admin recipient template. Also, Just as a general question – this event admin template will send an email with the specific ticket the registrant selected?

Thank you!

Hi there,

Whilst you can add multiple email addresses to send the message to by separating them with a comma within the ‘TO’ field of any message templates you prefer, it depends on your host is this will work as expected.

Its much better to create a ‘group’ email with your email provider, then add all of the email addresses you wish to receive a notification to into that group and set EE to send the messages to the group.

So for example you may have events@domain.com as a group email.

Then add:

bob@domain.com
steve@domain.com
tony@anotherdomain.com

To that group.

When EE sends the notification to that group all of the email addresses in the group receive the email.

You then set either you individual message template to send to that group email, or set it was the primary contact email and change the messages to use [CO_EMAIL].

Would that work?
