We have a 4 day event that will be held multiple times throughout the day. People registering select a time slot. So for instance they will meet on days 1,2,3 & 4 form 10:00 – 11:00 or 2:00 – 3:00. The problem is when entering the start and end dates for the event, it requires a time be put in which we don’t want. Is there a way to not have it require this time? Also when we do enter a time, once we save it, it changes it. For instance we enter 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Once we saved it, it changed it to 5:00 am and 4:00 pm. I thought this might be a time zone issue but it changed the start time by 3 hours and the end time by 2 so not sure why that is. Help is appreciated.
