Multiple Attendee and Group Registration

I have read several of the posts but can not get the registration to do what is shown here:

What am I missing? I don’t see where to set the primary and attendee questions

Hi,

The place where you sent the primary and additional attendee question groups is within the event editor. In other words, when you add/edit an event you can set the question groups. Here’s a screenshot that outlines the location of the Question Groups settings on a typical site:
