Hi, couple of questions

1. When ordering a ticket, i see the button ‘view shoppingcart’ but it does not work. http://www.staging3.dancecool.be/evenementen/dancecool-hiphop-en-urban-16-plus-danskamp-2016/
2. is it possible to add a shoppingcart in the header of the site in stead of sidebar?

3. I would like to send my visitors to go directly to shopping cart after adding a ticket.

4. Where can i remove the “return to list of events” button

5. Is it possible to use multi event registration only in one category of events? We have tickets for shows http://www.staging3.dancecool.be/evenementen/slotshow-q-dance-op-22-mei-2016/ (no need to know who the second and third tickets are for) and we have tickets voor dance camps http://www.staging3.dancecool.be/evenementen/dancecool-hiphop-en-urban-16-plus-danskamp-2016/ (where we need all of the registrants info)

Hi Kevin,

That is being loaded via an embed option which can be used if you are wanting to introduce the ticket selector to a separate site.

Could you switch it to the ticket selector shortcode instead of the embed option?

The is a widget available for adding it to the shopping cart. Adding it to the header would require custom coding and you can reach out to an Event Espresso professional here: https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/

By default, it should show a pop up that shows some options for continuing to registration checkout, going to the cart page, or continue browsing for existing events. Are you seeing something different?

The button can be removed via CSS. Does your theme have a custom CSS area? If not, are you using a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS builder?

The multiple event registration add-on runs for all events.

On the left side of the website is the regular ticket selector. When using that, it still doesn’t show a popup after i registered a ticket.

Yes i have a custom css area.

Will there be an option to ask the credentials for all registrants?

Hi Kevin,

A couple points:

1) If you have a widgetized header in your theme (or can switch to a theme that has a widgetized header, you can add the cart widget there.

2) You can hide the return to event list button by adding some CSS to your custom stylesheet:

.cart-results-go-back-button.button {
display: none;
}

3) When you ask about an option to ask for credentials for all registrations, do you mean log in with a user account before they register for an event? If so, you can add this feature by installing the WP User Integration add-on. Then you set “Force Login for Registrations” to Yes.

I’m not sure what you mean by no link. There are links, and you can add more links by adding the mini cart widget to a widget area on your site.

3. No, i mean that i need the adress, age etc.. from all the attendees (for insurance)

After you set up your questions and question groups, you go to edit the event and check the box next to the name of the question group under Questions for Primary Attendee and Question for Additional attendees.
