Moving Attendees

This question was asked back in 2011. Is the answer still updating the database directly?

If one event is cancelled and we want to move the attendees from that event to a different one (without losing any registration or payment info), what is the best way to approach this?

Hi Dan,

You’re in luck. 🙂

We have an add-on in our Pre-Release channel that you can download and test out. It’s called the Attendee Reassignment Addon. You can opt in to the Pre-Release downloads under your other downloads in your account.

If you have questions about it, please post them in the Pre-Release area of the forums.
