Moved site, license reset back to old domain

I requested a site move and paid the $10, but was getting the error:

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain”

so I requested a reset on the license but now it says it is licensed for the old domain and not the new one.

Hi peter,

I have reset the key please remove the key from the old site and make sure it is in the new site.

I have removed the key from the old site and confirmed the key is in new site. Still shows wrong domain in my EE account and still getting error: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

We may have received a ping from your old site before receiving one from the new site, causing the license to be assigned to the old site again.

I have reset the license again. Please remove the key from the new site, save the settings. Replace the key and save the settings.

Hopefully that will stop any further issues.

No Problem 🙂

That should be the end to it but please do let us know if you have any more problems.
