After selecting Ticket the EE4 hangs.

Hi there,
This may be from a difference in configuration between the two servers, or something didn’t get migrated properly.
A few examples of configuration differences are caching and sessions. If the live server is has aggressive caching set up, they’ll need to disable caching for the pages that handle events. Sessions also need to be writable.
When migrating the data from dev to live we recommend using a plugin like WP Migrate DB or its Pro version to ensure that all the file and URL paths get stored in the database get properly updated.
