moved our website to different provider. (used .com but now using .ca – shouldbe a forwarding inplace) IT moved over our website which was running paid version 3 but moved into ver 4 decaf. Somehow lost our history in the transition. How to upgrade to the paid version? Is it possible to retrieve our old database with the new version. I believe our software will be up for renewal in February 2016. Help!

Hi Linda,
Normally there should be an option to migrate from Event Espresso 3 to EE4, did the IT folks decline that option? If so, you can install the older Event Espresso 3 version (you’ll need to deactivate EE4 first). Once EE3 is activated your old data should be there. You can download a current copy of the paid version of Event Espresso 3 here:
