Hi,

So someone posted a comment on the blog post about moving within the same event. says it’s supposed to work. But our test of it shows it does not work since the current event is not shown in the list of events.

There’s no easy way to simply move an attendee between tickets in the same event so this addon should really add that as well ๐Ÿ™‚ In my thoughts this should be even more sought after than switching between events. If one considers human error and people in general being stupid and selecting the wrong ticket ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you for taking the time to post your remarks. It turns out the Attendee mover add-on does allow for moving a registration from one ticket to another ticket within the same event. Here’s a little video that shows how to move an attendee from one ticket to another ticket.

Since you mentioned that you had trouble getting this to work, you can check to make sure you have a recent version of WordPress installed on your site where it includes the parts of the WP JSON API that have been merged into WordPress core. This is because the Attendee Mover add-on uses bits from the WP JSON API.
