I renew the licence a couple of weeks ago, asking to move it to a new site.
the request is still pending. the new site is doc-events.com/rhs2. Cant update to EE4 w/o moving the license.

Your license key has been reset.
Please ensure you remove your license from the original domain or the key may once again be re-assigned to that domain.

I remove the license and re applied the licence to the new site.
Still have the error [see below] and the license in not active on any web site according to my account page

Hi Francesco,
The current support license on your account is for Event Espresso 4. What version is showing in WP-admin –> Plugins –> Event Espresso?
