Mollie Payment problems

Hi There,

We are using mollie as a payment gateway but it is not working properly. When a user proceeds to payment the automatic redirection doesn’t work. When the user clicks on the link to activate it manually the popup appears but with an error “This form is expired, try again”. We need it up and running today, anyone that can help please?

Hi there,

We’ve made some changes to the Mollie payment method that should prevent this.

Those changes are currently under testing and the release is due out next week but I can send you a copy to test on your site if preferred?

Hi Juri,

My apologies, as support are unavailable during weekends I didn’t get your response in time. However, the update for the Mollie payment method which prevents the above has now been released.

If you don’t see the update on your site you can go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, make no changes and save. That will force EE to recheck for any new add-ons and the update should then show.

Hi Tony,

I applied the update and the error message disappeared. The only bug that remains is the popup doesn’t load by itself, only after clicking the button (When it doesn’t start after 10 seconds click this button).

Is that still under construction?

No and that function works fine for me.

Looking at your site there is a Javascript error being thrown by your sites theme – http://take.ms/IakYQ

Any JS errors will prevent JavaScript from running on the page, which would prevent the redirect.

To confirm, try switching to a default theme such as twnetyseventeen (you can do that for admins only using Theme Test Drive plugin) and see if the same happens then.
