Hi, is there any way to log in the EE mobile app with any other user role than ADMIN? We have different staff on different venues scanning the tickets. I do not want to give the ADMIN access to our website.

Hi Klaus,

One way is to set up an admin user account for the staff, but remove all the admin privileges that you do not want them to have using the Advanced Access Manager plugin. It has a feature that lets you customize a specific user account’s capabilities.

Any registered user will have access to scan tickets with the mobile app.

Just to clarify, and sorry to counter Nikki, but only users with the role Admin can log into the app and have the ability to do things.

Anyone can log in, but they wont be able to access any data or scan anything, only admin users have that right.

Ah ok, i see Nikkis point. Thanks for the advice with the “Advanced Access Manager plugin”. That works great!
