Is the Administrator role username/password required for login credentials on the Mobile App?
I am a little concerned my event staff may accidentally use the login details to gain access in a web browser and mess up the website.

Hello,

An administrator role is required. You may be able to adjust some of the access for the user role. Please see the following page:

Hi Lorenzo,

I’m guessing from your link that you suggest using the plugin ‘Advanced Access Manager’. The plugin developer’s site has been down all day today. http://wpaam.com/ Probably not a good sign.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks Lorenzo,
I followed your link https://eventespresso.com/topic/what-are-required-wp-permissions-for-ticketing-app/#post-79770 and saw https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-access-manager/ .

However I was concerned that the developer site was down and didn’t want to commit to a plugin with broken developer site. http://wpaam.com/

Now they seem to be back in business.

Hi Douglas,

If you look at the stats on the Advanced Access Manager plugin page, you’ll notice that it was updated earlier this month. So it’s still being actively developed and maintained.
