Mobile App not working

We had an event yesterday night and encountered problem in scanning the QR codes with our iphones and android phones.

We were immediately logged out of the app after each scan. But the attendance scanned was marked correctly inside attendee’s record.

The last time we used the app was this Monday. It was working ok and we got the thumbs up icon after each scan. This time we don’t get to see this icon.

Hi there,

Was this happening with both Android App and the iOS app? Have any security or caching plugins been installed on the website or changes made to the server software since Monday?
