Mobile App "Error Occurred" all time

I logged in on the MObile app and have permanently this error:
“Error Occurred
The requested resouirce could not be found but may be available again in the future. Subsequent requests by the client are permissible.”

My WordPress-Version is: 4.9.8
Esspreso-Versin: 4.9.68.p

I habe an test-event on it, but nothing is showing on the app. so what can i do ?

Hi there,

Do you have any plugins enabled on the site the restrict access to the REST API? If so try disabling those and retest.

The mobile apps use the WP REST API to communicate with the site so if you prevent access to the API they will not work.

Hi Tony
I disable all other plugins and change the theme to “Twenty Seventeen” and let only “event esspreso” on, but it the same trouble.

Maybe i have to configurate somthing for pairing with the Mobile-App?

I checked and it looks like you have something set to block access to the entire site. The site I checked is the one listed on your account page.

What you’ll need to do is allow public access to the site’s json-api endpoints, otherwise the apps cannot connect.

For example, if you’re not logged into your site and you point your browser to yourdomain.ch/wp-json/, you’ll see this message:

With your hint i found the plugin were blocket the API.
