Mobile App 404

Unable to login on iphone.
URL, ID and password all seem to be correct.
Email for Apple ID does not match the one used for setting up EE.
Any thoughts ?

Have you installed the JSON API and also using the HD version of the app?

When viewing the API page http://ontourtickets.com/espresso-api/v1/events/public.pretty_json I get a 404 error.

Is it possible to get your log-in details to investigate this? If so please use https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/
