Missing Primany Registrant details

A person registered herself & 3 others for one of our events, but the main registrant details have gone missing. She got the confirmation email and she has paid the full amount (paypal), but her name is missing from the list of registrants.
When I click on “Edit Registration details” in her confirmation email – it says
“An error occured. The requested attendee data could not be found.
Please refresh the page and try again or contact the site admin if problem’s persist.”
Can you help?

Hi there,

When she registered the others after her, do you know if she hit the back button? If she did it’s possible that she overwrote her registration. Since you have the email her registration can be added via the admin.

We’re adding a link on the Thank you page that will guide people safely to add more registrations to the same event, which will be released with an upcoming version of Event Espresso. That should help in cases like this one.
