Missing order code (number)

As of a few days the order code (number) is missing on our tickets. This means we don’t have a barcode and it creates a problem for accounting.
Our version is EE4.9.34.p
Do you know what the problem is?

Hi there,

Can you let me know what you mean by order code?

Which shortcode are you using to output the order code?

You can view this within:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Ticket.

Then see where the order code is output and which shortcode is shown for it.
