I’d just like to leave a little feedback: Mijireh as a service is pretty awful. I would highly recommend you move away from using it as one of your two primary gateways. Get a couple more popular ones up and running like Stripe or whatever and keep it as a backup.

I’m using Mijireh with SagePay with and it literally doesn’t work despite being listed on their home page. It’s actually setup wrong. I’m having to inject js into the page to correct their basic errors (country codes are utterly incorrect). This has been reported to them on numerous occasions months ago, no response.

Support is non-existent – even paid. A 5 minute Google search returns many complaints and issues, even on their own forum there is no response to users complaining about not getting answers despite paying for support tickets: http://goo.gl/bQaBuo

I know you have PayPal but I (and my clients) like to keep clear of their dodgy practices. I can completely understand why you’ve gone with Mijireh but I think it’s going to hurt you in the end.

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for the feedback. I will certainly add this to our internal discussion forum to review.

It would be interesting to see if other members of the community feel this way too.

Yes I’d be interested in the same. It’s a good idea, but with non existent support and broken features (and not that cheap as an extra cost) it’s a bad experience. I’d hate to see Mijireh evaporate leaving you with no options as EE4 is really good!

I understand. I’ve already added it to our internal EE4 gateway discussion so it will be taken into consideration.

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for the feedback. We are actually very close to releasing a major rewrite to our gateway system. Once that is completed, we should be able to add gateways at a faster rate.

Thanks Seth, in that case can I just add one more bit of feedback!

If you only have a single gateway enabled the second step of the checkout (selecting a gateway) seems a little superfluous. It would be nice just to jump to the payment.

That’s a pretty good idea Jamie, I’ll add it to our Gateway idea list for consideration (oddly it was not their already).
