Hi, All the settings and payment options in the control panel seem to work fine. Please help. |

Same thing is happening to me. Just migrated from Event Espresso 4 Decaf to the full version, and I am having same exact issues. Would love to get this resolved asap! |

Hi guys, I’ve run some tests and currently I am unable to recreate this. When migrating, did you transfer existing data or remove the existing data to start with a clean slate? http://www.XYZ.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_events is the correct URL for the Events admin page. Who are you both hosting with? IS it just the three menu pages (Events, Registrations, Transactions) that are affected or are more/all of them affected with this issue? |

Hi Dean, In my case, I migrated all data from EE3 to EE4. I followed the instructions you wrote in an other topic: run full backup -> deactivate EE3 -> install EE4 -> Migrate all data in Maintenance Mode. During this migration, no errors were reported. I am hosting with http://www.dds.nl (Dutch host) Yes, for me it’s only those 3 menu items. The payment options and such work perfectly fine. thank you! |
Hi there, We’ve been running various updates to find the cause of this and believe we have managed to track it down. It looks like this is caused by a bug within WordPress 4.1.X concerning the list tables that was patched in 4.2+, as your site is currently still running 4.1 when EE tries to output a list table (Events, Registrations, Transactions, Messages etc) it triggers a fatal error. To fix this you’ll need to update your version of WordPress, preferably to the latest version (which is 4.3 currently) and EE should work as expected. It is recommend to created a database backup before updating just to be safe, there are multiple plugins available to do this but here is an example of one I have used: |
