We want to utilize the partial payments/installments options that I believe are available with EE4. So I upgraded from EE3 to EE4. However, there are tweaks that I will need to make before it can go live. So I deactivated EE4 and went back to EE3 until I can make the tweaks.
However, I had an Events page that was working and displaying properly, that now when clicked or put in the URL seems to be redirecting me to the Home Page.
Any thoughts on this?

Hi Robert,
The update to EE4 runs a script that changes the page with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode to use [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT]. You will need to change that back to use the old EE3 shortcode again, and make sure the page is published. Along with that, you should also check and make sure that the other pages like the Thank you and Transactions pages have the correct shortcodes.

Thanks Josh,
I rolled back to EE3, until I had time to really do the conversion.
Fast forward to today and when I reactivate EE4, I end up with an error about the page redirecting incorrectly.

I do not have any sort of cache plugins running. Any thoughts?

Hi,
We can’t see admin pages without being logged in. Can you copy and paste or screenshot the error message please?
