I just got this update and did a database backup and click on the button to Migrate MyEE4.8.43 (Core) Data to EE4.9.0 (Core). – But nothing happens. How can we proceed to have EE run on our site again?
Thanks for help.

Hi there,

Does it show any errors?

I can advise deactivating all other plugins (but not Event Espresso) before you re-attempt the migration.

no error message. Just no response while pressing the migrate option. OK, will do the plugin thing and keep you posted. Thanks for the quick response.

It’s been the YOAST SEO plugin causing this. It’s not the first time this plugin gave trouble. I should have thought of this. (at least it was the first plugin I did deactivate)
Any other people having problems with Yoast SEO version 3.2.5?
Thanks

We’ve seen a few reports of problems with Yoast SEO. Generally though, the Yoast SEO plugin shouldn’t be loading any scripts onto the migration page, unless a hack was added to load those scripts onto Event Espresso pages.

I did no changes from my end.
